How do you bill for services?
When clients sign contacts with us, we bill monthly. For one-time clients, we utilize direct payment. We currently do not except credit cards.

How can I save money on my deliveries?
If you can schedule a pick up first thing in the morning, it can be included as part of one of our established same-day routes, which will save you money over a stat delivery.

What type of deliveries do you handle?
We work with virtually any business to deliver a variety of items. Current clients include medical offices and hospitals, financial institutions, legal representatives, pharmacies, and individuals needing home delivery of items.

Can your drivers wait on an item and return it to the original sender, if necessary?
Yes. If a stat delivery requires action, we can wait on the item and then return it to the original sender if requested.

Can you service one company with multiple locations?
Yes. In fact, if you require a high number of deliveries, we can establish a route solely for your needs.

Can you show the chain of custody for items?
Yes. Our process allows us to prove chain of custody for items that require it such as state lab results and more.

Can you provide delivery confirmation?
Yes. Every item we deliver requires a signature before the item changes hand. The signature can be faxed daily or at month’s end.

Are you insured?
Yes. We are bonded, licensed, and insured, and we hire only reputable and reliable drivers to ensure your delivery is in good hands.

Do you ever handle out of state deliveries?
If the circumstances are right, we will create out-of-state routes for well-established clients with regular needs.
